PARTNERR AS, owned by UAB "KUBIKA," was acquired to participate in the HELSE Stavanger project - the University Hospital of Stavanger in Norway. The new building complex, covering an area of approximately 125,000 square meters and consisting of five buildings, is valued at 11.2 billion Norwegian kroner. This is the largest project of its kind in Norway to date.

The acquisition of PARTNER AS is also aimed at strengthening the company's presence in the Norwegian market for the installation and maintenance of bathrooms and modular operating room systems.
